About Us

Kimberly Beach began her appraisal career in 2008 by obtaining her appraisal license as a Registered Real Property Appraiser from a real estate school in Woodstock, GA. 

 

After a few months, she was able to find a mentor willing to train her. She spent the next

5 years with Georgia Progressive Real Estate Services which was located in Kennesaw, GA. 

 

She did residential assignments in the following Georgia Counties:

  • Bartow County, GA

  • Carroll County, GA

  • Cobb County, GA

  • Douglas County, GA

  • Fulton County, GA

  • Paulding County, GA

  • Polk County, GA

  • Haralson County, GA

  • Heard County, GA


In Spring of 2014, she branched out on her own and started Beach Appraisal Services, LLC

which has been going strong ever since doing lender work, pre-listing appraisals for local realtors, and private appraisals for individuals looking to list their home or buy a home as a

For Sale By Owner (FSBO) transaction.
